Sunday Sep 20, 2020
Sunday Sep 20, 2020
The scriptures are filled with examples of individuals and groups of people who erred in their ways. In every case, they either failed to listen to God, blatantly disobeyed Him, made excuses for sinful behavior, focused too much attention on worldly things, would not worship God, or were guilty of a combination of these. We must examine our own lives from time to time and make sure that our hearts have not hardened. The Lord desires for us to grow and to be useful for His Glory. The Lord's Day
Sunday Aug 16, 2020
Sunday Aug 16, 2020
Returning to Revelation, Pastor Tim explores three key points regarding the Lord's Day, Sunday. John sought the Lord, and we read that the Lord was equally interested in sharing something with John. The Lord's Day is a day of celebration: a day to celebrate Christ's resurrection from the tomb, a day to give the Lord praise and a day to celebrate our deliverance. Indeed, when we have surrendered our hearts and lives to Christ, we have much to celebrate. Let our worship reflect this enthusiasm and gratitude.
